Recessed Floor Spotlights: drive-over and walk-over at Diffusione Luce
Diffusione Luce has in ready stock a complete range of recessed floor spotlights, in drive-over and walk-over versions, with or without mounting box. Ideal solutions for path, terrace, driveway, and pedestrian area lighting.
Drive-over vs walk-over
Drive-over spotlights, if installed in areas where cars or heavy vehicles drive, must be specifically certified for this use: a walk-over-only spotlight subjected to the weight of a car risks being damaged. Always check the maximum supported load indicated in the technical sheet.
LED technology
The LED light source is today the most widespread for floor spotlights, thanks to reduced heat production that avoids overheating the cover glass — a critical factor for applications where people walk barefoot (e.g., poolside) or to avoid deformation over time.
Protection ratings
Our floor spotlights are certified with IP67 or IP68 protection rating, essential to withstand water, flooding, and continuous contact with wet ground. If a product shows zero availability, it can still be ordered on request: average delivery times are shown in the product page.
