No returns will be accepted by Diffusione s.r.l. without the authorization of the same from one of our representatives.
To benefit from warranty items must have been installed adequately by specialized personnel. We, inasmuch Diffusione Luce S.r.l, are not responsible for errors or damages due to improper installation. An operator will reply to your email by instructing on the steps ahead to benefit from warranty on the items claimed.
