All the goods are shipped and handled in our 2500-meter-squared warehouse based in Italy.

Yes, all the items we sell are 100% original and supplied by their mother company. They all come in their original packaging as well.

We showcase both in stock and pre-order items. If the items are available in stock, quantity is showed below the cart and will be ready for shipping. If the product is not in stock, once you place the order we will immediately inform the supplying company according to your order selection. In this case, you shall see delivery indications or lead time below the cart. Lead time may vary according to manufacturing schedules, supplier’s stock availability, raw material's availability or the lighting brand operations. You will be updated via email in case there are delays on your order delivery.

Of course, we ship worldwide. We have contracts with a lot of shipping services like UPS - DHL - FEDEX – TNT.
11How much is the shipping?
Shipping has a different price based on product weight and country’s destination. You can calculate shipping costs by selecting your destination in each item advertised on our store.
12Is it possible to request a quotation for products not showcased on your e-shop?

13Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of the receipt of the goods. Returns are subjected to our authorization. We accept returns only if the item is unused and in its original box. If you need to return an item because it has arrived broken or with missing components, you have to send us a written notice (including physical proof, i.e pictures/video)within 3 days of receipt of the goods. 19I live in the UK, do I have to pay duties on my order?
All the international shippings posted outside EU are shipped with DAP "Delivery at Place" including UK (only for postage value over 135£) require the payment of VAT and/or duty fees by the recipient since these are not included in the total of the order. If when finalizing the order you choose the option with express shipping by air, you do not need to pay any tax or VAT.

21How can I make sure that the shipments arrive intact at their destination?
Orders are well packaged to prevent transport damages. If, at the moment of delivery, the box containing your order shows external faults (i.e holes, tears covered by the courier’s tape, dents it is imperative to sign for goods left unchecked to the delivery operator. In addition to that, it is imperative to signal this matter to us immediately withing three days from delivery in a written communication to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the order reference, a detailed description of the damage and pictures of the defect.
