Goods are shipped with insurance in 5 continents, our affiliated couriers can reach any country or province, to see final price just add the products to the cart.
Packages are sent in 24/48 hours after receipt payment with insured express courier if items are in stock. 
If you choose Priority international AIR courier your order will arrive in 2/3 days by UPS or DHL, if you choose Standard international ground courier your items will arrive in 4/7 days by Fedex (Only for Europe). Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or summer sales orders may be delayed. Shipping costs include order management, packaging and transport costs to the customer's address.
Orders outside Italy and the European Community do not include VAT or any duties or customs charges, which are exclusively borne by the customer.
If the ordered items are not immediately available, these will be ordered from the supplier, and then sent to the customer after 7 to 21 days usually.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated time of arrival and may be affected by delays or materials shortage.
When shipping, the courier type will change according to the destination. For any kind of shipment we send you a link to tracking the parcel. If your order is splitted into more shipments, you will receive the first tracking number on your order account, and then other tracking numbers separately to your email.
If you have urgency and the products are not ready for fast delivery you can contact us directly for more information about detailed delivery time. We may even arrange faster solution if items are delayed. Freight cost depends on the total order weight and destination, the website will calculate the shipping cost automatically. We advise to group all items in one order to save more money on the shipping cost.
  • The goods are carefully packed with special care for fragile items. It is possible to add additional insurance coverage on your shipping, please contact us before finalizing your order.
  • We kindly ask you to check the goods upon receipt and to sign the delivery with "goods left unchecked".
  • Important: if the package is visibly damaged, ''sign with reserve'' and communicate everything to the courier.
  • If the goods are returned to our warehouse due to the absence of the recipient and/or incorrect address, despite all the notices received regarding the tracking and automated management of the delivery by our couriers, the shipping, storage and return costs will be solely and exclusively at paid by the buyer.
    In addition to receiving email on the order status, you can follow the order progress through your personal control panel. Here's a quick guide to decipher your order status:
    • Payment accepted - we received the payment of your order, your order is confirmed.
    • Awaiting payment - we received your order yet not the payment. Once payment is finalized, the order status will change automatically to "payment accepted". If we don't receive payment confirmation within 30 days, order will be labeled as "canceled". 
    • Payment validation in progress - we received your order with method of payment bank wire. We will check the effective transfer on our bank account before confirming your order. 
    • Preparation in progress - your order is confirmed and items are in stock. We forwarded the order to the warehouse where items can be packed for shipping. Please consider that items requires special packaging for the sake of transport may require more time before being shipped. 
    • Shipped - a shipping label associated to your order has been generated, your package has been collected by the courier. 
    • Partially shipped - we shipped part of your order following your request to split the order into more shippings.
    • Refueling - we received your order, but the item(s) are not in stock. We will soon forward your order to our supplier. 
    • Ordered from supplier - our supplier received the order containing items not in stock. We will provide estimated time of arrival as soon as we can. 
    For products purchased on www.diffusioneshop.com, returns can be requested no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.

    The return can be forwarded on Diffusioneshop by accessing your customer control panel -> Returns manager and order cancellation-> select the order for which you want to request the return/exchange or replacement, finally select the product/s you want to return.     After making the return request you will receive the return authorization after it is approved by our office (only on working days).

      • The goods must be returned to our headquarters in Italy, at Diffusione Luce Via Raibano 39/d 47853 Coriano (RN). 

      • If sent from abroad it can also be received at collection addresses in: USA (Florida),  Spain, Australia (Sydney) and South Korea. Preferably insert an order reference inside the package to more easily identify the sale.

      • The return costs must be paid by the customer. When the goods are received in the warehouse, they will be checked (packaging check and no defects or writings) and if compliant we will issue the refund of the amount of the order paid excluding the cost of original shipment freight charges.

      • The items you intend to return must be returned in their original box and in the same condition as they were received.
        Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges complaints if you do not have all the components of the product, including the original box.

      • Since the product must be available for sale, if the product shows tampering or written defects, our office will take care of considering withholding a percentage of the total amount paid depending on the damage.

      • Requests for damaged orders can be forwarded no later than 3 days from receipt of the goods, this will help us open a case with the courier and resolve the problem much faster.

      • The Diffusione Luce company will take care of restoring the purchased object with spare parts if there is any damage during transport.

      • For orders not yet shipped, it is possible to request cancellation directly from your customer account.

      • In case of damaged or dead on arrival, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@diffusioneshop.com no later than 3 days upon reception of goods, before submitting a return request.

    We do not accept:

    1. Returns of Limited Edition items and light fittings due to further tampering which may jeopardize the original and unique feature of the lamp of light fitting. Therefore, all returns requests falling under this clause will be rejected.
    2. Returns of Murano glass products produced exclusively based on your order with approximately 5-8 weeks of production time, however it is possible to evaluate the exchange with goods of equal or greater value.
    To check the shipping cost, simply add the desired products to the cart and you will get the final price. Despite of the rising diesel and gasoline prices, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Nevertheless, price listings for freight costs may change throughout the year.
    Orders with a purchase value of 180 € (excluding taxes) and higher are shipped free to Austria, the Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Monaco. 
    For shipments bound to the UK delivery is free from a purchase value of 300€ (excluding taxes) below 300 kg in volume, that must be considered in Pound (£) according to the change of day (Vat and duties not included).
    For all other countries freight costs will be calculated based on the order's volume afterwards. More details about your shipping costs can be found in the table below. It contains the shipping costs per country as well as the purchase value from which the shipment is free.
    Above 80 kg when the goods are very bulky or heavy, additional costs may apply when finalizing the order.

    How long does it normally take for my order to be delivered?

    If product is in stock:

    Products that are in stock and ordered before 2.50 PM (CET), will normally be shipped no later than the next working day. Check the average lead time below. Please keep in mind that during peak season (Christmas, Black Friday, summer sales) orders may be delayed. 

    If product is NOT in stock:

    If you ordered items are not in stock, we will order these items from our suppliers. Hence the delivery time will be a bit longer.
    The delivery time depends on the brand lead time. In the table below you can find an overview of the average delivery times of our suppliers and manufacturers. If some articles of your order are out of stock while others are in stock, the order will only be shipped once all items are present in our warehouse. All items are shipped together. If you intend to receive the items separately request it during check-out.

When the supplier or manufacturer runs out of stock or has to deal with production delays, these average delivery times may not be met. Please keep in mind that many companies in our country close for several weeks during August and December, this may lead to delays in sourcing not-in-stock items during that periods.
