Strip led COB 5mt 24V digital dynamic

Forrest is a 5-metre digital dynamic COB LED strip, powered at 24V DC, based on the SPI protocol to deliver sophisticated scrolling "run" light effects. The flexible strip, 10 mm wide, features a professional 3M adhesive backing and can be cut and controlled in 7.14 cm segments. With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, a colour rendering index CRI greater than 90 and a protection rating of IP20, it ensures diffused, continuous and uniform light emission across its entire length. The system is designed and distributed by Newlab under the Forrest product family, combining cutting-edge technology with affordability and ease of use.

What sets Forrest apart from competing systems is its simplicity of programming and control: the main parameters — strip length, direction of movement and effect speed — are configured via the Newlab Forrest app, available on both the Apple Store and Google Play. The show can be started and stopped via a normally open (N/O) push button, while a long press of the same button enables dimming, without the need for additional devices. A sync output is also available to coordinate multiple run-chase effects. Compatibility with the SPI WS2811 protocol and similar standards broadens integration possibilities in Pixel to Pixel systems. This LED strip is ideal for decorative and architectural lighting in residential and commercial spaces, enhancing ceilings, niches, shelves and furniture in the living room, as well as backlighting and accent lighting in the kitchen or bedroom. The controller is NOT included and must be purchased separately (see accessories).

The strip is available in two versions. The 1 Color Digital version delivers a power output of 10 W/m with a density of 360 LEDs/m, available in colour temperatures of 3000K (warm white) and 4000K (neutral white). The RGBW Digital version provides 19 W/m, a density of 784 LEDs/m and combines full RGBW colour rendering with neutral white at 4000K, enabling dynamic and fully customisable lighting scenes. Both versions belong to insulation class III and are designed for indoor installations.
