Flos C-Me Opal Round 40 led recessed IP67

Flos C-Me Opal Round 40 is a recessed LED downlight from the C-Me family by Flos Outdoor, designed for flush-to-floor installation in outdoor environments. The body is made of die-cast aluminium, while the opal glass diffuser features a white silk-screened edge and an integrated diffusive layer beneath the glass, secured with a robotic anchoring system. The 0.3 W integrated LED source delivers diffused 110° beam emission, powered at 24V DC via a remote driver (not included). The IP67 protection rating ensures complete resistance to water and dust ingress, while insulation class III guarantees a high standard of electrical safety.

Thanks to its flush-to-floor installation without an abutting edge or visible screws, the C-Me Opal Round 40 integrates seamlessly into outdoor paving, driveways, terraces and pedestrian areas, making it an ideal solution for enhancing outdoor spaces. With a diameter of just 40 mm and a mounting hole of 75 mm, it stands out for its compactness and visual discretion. It is walkable and suitable for vehicle traffic up to 510 kg, making it appropriate even for vehicular transit zones. The dimmable function allows light intensity to be adjusted as needed. The fixture is available in colour temperatures of 2700K (42 lm), 3000K (44 lm) and 4000K (45 lm), with a CRI80 colour rendering index. It comes equipped with a 200 mm neoprene cable tail and a kit including crimp connectors and an adhesive heat-shrink sheath for a watertight connection. Installation requires a recessed formwork to be ordered separately; an adequate drainage material layer or drainage system beneath the formwork must also be provided to prevent water pooling. To maintain the integrity of the cable gland seal, flexible electrical cables suitable for outdoor use are required.
