Flos Battery Trim Small 2L Adjustable Recessed LED Spotlight

Battery Trim Small 2L is an adjustable recessed LED spotlight with frame, designed by F.A. Porsche for Flos Architectural. The body is crafted in aluminum and houses two high visual comfort optics with a glossy finish, engineered to deliver excellent and uniform light output. Compatible with false ceilings ranging from 1 to 30 mm in thickness, it features an exclusive compass orientation system that allows rotation up to 40° in all directions, enabling precise aiming to suit any lighting requirement.

Thanks to its versatility and refined aesthetic, the Battery Trim Small 2L is perfectly suited to a wide range of applications, from residential settings to contract environments such as hotels, restaurants, shops and offices. Each fixture integrates two DC LED Array light sources of 16.5 W each, for a total absorbed power of 33 W, delivering a luminous flux of 2x 2290 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) with a CRI 80 colour rendering index. The Wide Flood optic with a 44° beam angle produces a symmetric light emission, ideal for diffused and enveloping accent lighting. The system is dimmable and operates at a constant current of 500 mA with an input voltage of 100-240 V, compatible with the main international standards (EU, AUS, USA, UK, JAP). The degree of protection is IP20 and the insulation class is III. Steel mounting brackets are included, while power sources are excluded and can be ordered separately — one for each optic body. The Battery Trim Small 2L is available in matt white, mercury and matt black finishes. On request, a Flood optic version (29°) is available, as well as a range of coloured filters including Honeycomb, Blue Filter, Sky Blue Filter, Amber Filter, Red Filter, Hot Light, Cold Light, Daylight and Neodimium. The fixture dimensions are 235x125 mm (width), with a total height of 149 mm and a recessed cut-out of 115x225 mm.
