The TCI Professionale 34 BI is a compact DC electronic mini driver with multipower capability, designed to power professional LED lighting systems. Featuring a power output ranging from 12 to 34W and a constant current output selectable between 250 and 700mA via an integrated dip-switch, this TCI driver delivers a reliable and flexible solution for design lighting installations.

With its compact footprint of 146.5 x 43.5 x 30 mm and built-in design, the Professionale 34 BI integrates seamlessly inside luminaires and false ceilings, making it ideal for protection class I lighting equipment for indoor use.

Main technical features

The driver operates at an input voltage of 220-240V AC and delivers precisely regulated current at ±5/7% including temperature variations. The active Power Factor Corrector (PFC) ensures a high power factor and minimises interference on the mains supply. Input and output terminal blocks are positioned on opposite sides and accept cable cross-sections up to 1.5 mm² (AWG15). Mounting is achieved via slots for screws. The ten dip-switch configurations cover power and current combinations from 12W / 250mA up to 34W / 700mA, with output voltages ranging from 10 to 50V DC.

Safety and protections

The driver incorporates thermal protection class C.5.a, along with protection against short circuits, overloads and mains voltage spikes, ensuring long-term reliability and installation safety. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for protected indoor environments.
