The TCI LED Driver UNIVERSALE 20 LC 20W is a multi-power constant current LED driver featuring dip-switch output selection, designed to deliver maximum flexibility for professional LED lighting installations. Compatible with 220-240V input voltage, it provides a maximum output power of 20W and an adjustable output current ranging from 100mA to 380mA, with an additional constant voltage 24V option.

This TCI LED driver is the ideal solution for installers and lighting designers who require a single device capable of driving LED sources with different current requirements. The precise ±5% current regulation — including temperature variations — ensures stable and long-lasting performance.

Main technical features

The driver operates in dip-switch selectable constant current mode across eight settings: 100mA, 140mA, 180mA, 220mA, 260mA, 300mA, 340mA and 380mA, with output power ranging from 5.4W to 20W. A constant voltage 24V mode is also available up to 380mA. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for indoor use, housed in a compact PVC enclosure measuring 110×52×22 mm. The active PFC improves overall system energy efficiency. Input and output terminals are located on the same side, supporting cable cross-sections up to 1.5 mm² (AWG15), with slot-based screw mounting.

Safety and protections

The driver is rated Insulation Class II, providing protection against electric shock from both direct and indirect contact. It features thermal protection (C.5.a), along with safeguards against short circuits, overloads and mains voltage spikes for reliable operation in all conditions.
