Patrick Norguet, the French designer close to the fashion world for his collaboration with Louis Vuitton, Lanvin, Guerlain and Christian Dior, completes his training at ESDI, where his conception of industrial design is characterized by a deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. In 2000 he founded his own design studio; today he works between industrial and interior design, also dedicating himself to the stands for Van Cleef and Renault. Named "Designer of the Year" in 2005, Norguet is part of that generation that is making the "French Touch" known on the interaction scene. With his projects, he best interprets the union between fashion and design, creating products of maximum visibility for both sectors, always seeking innovation with the utmost simplicity. He loves to work on emotions and intuition, looking at objects in a different way and taking into consideration the context in which they are located. Drawing inspiration from everything that surrounds him, Patrick Norguet does not follow trends, but tries to give shape to products whose topicality and modernity would stand the test of time: "A well-designed object, an object created through generous collaboration is timeless". From consumer products to luxury items, Norguet leaves an impression of authenticity and elegance. Today he is an essential figure in the international design landscape. Some of his works are part of the permanent collections of prestigious museums, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
