Description

Osram SubstiTUBE T8 LED 17W is the 1.2-metre LED tube by Osram, designed as a direct replacement for classic 36W T8 fluorescent lamps in conventional gear luminaires. Built with a glass tube and a clean linear profile, the SubstiTUBE delivers warm white light at 3000K with a wide 160° beam angle for broad, uniform illumination. Fitted with a G13 T8-compatible lampholder, the integrated electronic control gear with high power factor ensures stable, efficient operation at 220-240V.

With an actual power consumption of 21W and an average rated life of 30,000 hours, this LED tube delivers energy savings of up to 65% compared to conventional T8 fluorescent lamps, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs. Instant-on switching makes it particularly effective in combination with presence sensors. Rated for ambient temperatures from -20°C to +45°C, it is well suited for corridors, stairways, car parks, garages, cold storage rooms and warehouses. Mercury-free and RoHS compliant, it meets current environmental standards. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for dry indoor installations. Input voltage: 220-240V. Not dimmable.
