Flos A-Round 150 Adjustable Recessed Ground Spotlight For Outdoor IP67

Flos A-Round 150 is an adjustable recessed ground spotlight for outdoor use by Flos Outdoor, designed for in-ground installations with a protection rating of IP67, suitable for walkable and drive-over surfaces. The external ring is made of AISI 316L stainless steel treated with a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) process: a thin film of metals such as zirconium and titanium bonds with the steel at a molecular level, enhancing both mechanical resistance and weatherproofing while enabling refined, durable finishes in Copper, Bronze, Gold and Stainless variants. The luminaire body is crafted from die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium with low copper content, coated with a double layer of high corrosion-resistant paint, while the high-strength tempered transparent glass is silk-screened to reduce glare. The LED light source delivers 8 W at 4000K with a luminous flux of 479 lm and a CRI of 80, featuring a symmetric Flood down optical distribution with a beam angle available in three configurations: 14°, 25° or 64°.

With adjustability on the horizontal axis up to 15° and rotation around the vertical axis up to 359°, the A-Round 150 allows precise, customised beam direction, making it ideal for highlighting pathways, planted areas, architectural features and refined outdoor environments. The remote installation driver is included and equipped with a watertight M12 quick-coupling connector; the power supply is universal at 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz, with insulation class II. The fixture diameter is 150 mm and the length is 135 mm. A dimmable version is available on request. The use of flexible electrical cables suitable for outdoor environments is recommended to ensure cable gland integrity, as is the installation of a surge protection device on the electrical system. During installation and maintenance, care must be taken not to damage the powder coating, as any damage combined with water exposure could lead to corrosion. An adequate gravel level exceeding 300 mm must be ensured, or a drainage system provided to prevent water stagnation. Installation requires a compatible recessed formwork, not included and to be ordered separately.
