Description

Danese Milano Undici, Onde is a silkscreen print by Enzo Mari, designed in 1972 and reprinted in 2013, part of the celebrated Sei simboli sinsemantici series. Produced using a single-color silkscreen technique on 286 g/m² Cordenons white paper, this work measures 680 × 680 mm and features a motif of three horizontal waves in black on a white background, expressing Mari's essential and precise visual language with clarity and force.

The project was conceived to transcend the notion of the unique, unrepeatable artwork, making art accessible through serial production and graphic signs that are simple yet rich in communicative depth. The fluid rhythm of the horizontal waves creates an immediate visual balance, lending sophisticated, understated elegance to contemporary interiors. It is an inspired choice for the living room, where the bold contrast between the black form and white background becomes a statement decorative element, perfectly suited to minimalist and design-oriented spaces. A signed edition is also available upon request, for an additional fee.
