Artemide Empatia Suspension Led Lamp In blown Glass

Empatia by Artemide is a suspension lamp with integrated LED, designed by De Bevilacqua as a precision optical machine. Its core is a high-performance LED light engine, deliberately separated from the glass emissive body to maximise thermal and optical efficiency. The light is guided with maximum output to the blown glass diffuser through a transparent light pipe with an extremely low absorption coefficient. The diffuser is crafted following the oldest traditions of Venetian glassmakers, combining opaque and transparent surfaces in an expertly artisanal balance that produces an elegant and delicate white finish. Operating at 220–240 V with an LED source at 3000 K warm white, Empatia delivers a soft and enveloping light that is never glaring, with an IP20 protection rating for indoor use.

Empatia's pure design plays on the balance between surface and light, between subtle densities and transparencies, making it an ideal choice for the living room, the bedroom, and refined hospitality settings. Suspension cables are adjustable and the ceiling rose is included. Empatia is available in three sizes with diameters of 160, 260 and 360 mm, each with distinct technical specifications. Empatia 160 features an 11 W LED with a luminous flux of 567 lm and dimensions of 160×424 mm; it is not dimmable. Empatia 260 is equipped with a 16 W LED, a luminous flux of 710 lm and dimensions of 260×535 mm, featuring an integrated Push Dimmer. Empatia 360, the largest version, delivers a 24 W LED, a luminous flux of 1273 lm and dimensions of 360×621 mm, also with Push Dimmer, bringing warmth and elegance to larger spaces.
