Wever & Ducrè J.J.W. 04 led suspension lamp

J.J.W. 04 by Wever & Ducrè is a sculptural LED suspension lamp originally conceived by designer and interior architect Jules Wabbes in the 1960s. Its hexagonal body in aluminium — simultaneously simple and intricate — gives the piece a timeless elegance that transcends decades of shifting trends. The structure accommodates 6 LED light sources in A60 format with E26/E27 sockets, with a maximum absorbed power of 53W; bulbs are not included.

The J.J.W. 04 suspension lamp is defined by its indirect light emission: the hexagonal frame conceals the light sources from direct view, directing light both upward and downward through its slits, casting captivating grazing effects that radiate against the ceiling and create a warm, enveloping atmosphere. Thanks to trailing edge and leading edge dimming compatibility, light intensity can be finely adjusted when using dimmable bulbs. With a universal input voltage of 100-240V and a protection rating of IP20, it is designed exclusively for indoor use. Its compact dimensions — 203 mm in height and 559 mm in width — make it an ideal choice above dining tables in the living room, in retail spaces or in design-led hospitality environments. The suspension length is adjustable up to a maximum of 2000 mm and the ceiling rose is included. The lamp is available in Matt Gold and Matt Silver finishes, both suited to contemporary and classically inspired interiors alike.
