Verpan Spiegel led wall ceiling lamp

Verpan Spiegel is an iconic LED wall and ceiling lamp, designed by the visionary Verner Panton and catapulted to international fame in 1969 when it was chosen to furnish the headquarters of the Der Spiegel publishing house in Hamburg. Crafted in aluminium, the Spiegel stands out for its bold square form featuring a circular recess at the centre, housing a single light source with an E14 lampholder, concealed beneath a hemispherical shade that breaks and softens the light into a diffused emission, eliminating any unwanted reflections.

Far more than a lamp, the Spiegel is an architectural sculpture that transforms any wall or ceiling into a striking compositional statement.
