Central to Pivot's design is an interplay between natural and artificial light. The geometric shade of the lamp is positioned at a 45° angle to the base which creates a soft diffusion. The result is beautiful light that exudes an inviting atmosphere, transforming the ambiance of a room at the touch of a button.

Pivot represents a hybrid product that blurs the lines between object and portable lamp by showcasing a unique duality when day turns into night. While natural daylight hits the cubic shape of the lamp and the block colors take center stage, as night falls Pivot takes on the role of luminaire: the light falls down the off-centre lampshade, casting shadows and subtly altering the perception of the base column.

Pivot is made of powder-coated iron and mirror-polished steel and is available in two color combinations: Blue Silver (with cold tones) and Rusty Mint (with warm tones). The Led source is included, and the double battery can be recharged using a USB magnetic cable included.
