Description

The stackable chair by Thau & Kallio for &Tradition takes its name from the Betty theater in Copenhagen built in 1857, and is the result of a very broad design dilemma. Seeking to create comfortable seating suitable for any space, the solution came in the form of a component that is typically hidden under the frame; as a result Betty's most prominent feature is her exposed webbed seat. The chair has the characteristic of appearing robust when in reality it is extremely light.

Betty TK2 is made of lacquered and shaped veneered solid wood. The interchangeable felt gliders are already included and installed as standard. Suitable for indoor use only. NOT sold individually: minimum order 2 pieces per colour.
