TCI LED driver, multi-power version, equipped with dip-switch for output current selection from 300 to 1050 mA and output power from 3 to 38W. Dimmable via 0-10V system, input voltage 100-240V. Independent driver, IP20 rated for indoor use, protected in class I against electric shock from direct and indirect contact, and suitable for class I lighting fixtures (PROFESSIONAL BI). Active PFC and UL certified.

Electrical specifications

The driver delivers regulated current with ±5% tolerance, including temperature variations, ensuring stable and reliable power supply over time. Brightness control ranges from 0/3% to 100% via local 0/1...10 V (I=1 mA) interface or 100 Kohm potentiometer, with Full AM Dimming from 3 to 100%. The device features a dedicated terminal for control via 0/1...10 Vdc electronic potentiometer; for external connections to the fixture, double insulation must be ensured.

Build and installation

The input and output terminals are positioned on opposite sides and accept cables with a section up to 1.5 mm² / AWG15. The cable gland on both primary and secondary sides is compatible with cables ranging from 2 to 11 mm in diameter, while the driver is mounted via integrated screw slots in the housing for quick and secure installation.

Integrated protection system

The TCI driver features a complete protection system that ensures maximum operational safety: thermal protection (class C.5.a) and short-circuit protection, mains overvoltage protection and overload protection. Current, voltage and power ranges

The constant output current is dip-switch selectable in the range from 300 to 1050 mA, with output voltage variable from 10 to 45V depending on the selected current. The maximum output power ranges from 13W (at 300 mA) up to 38W (in the 900-1050 mA range) with 230V mains voltage. With 100-120V mains supply, maximum power is capped at 30W above 700 mA, while at lower currents the values remain aligned with those measured at 230V. This wide configuration range makes the driver compatible with a broad variety of low and medium power LED modules.
