The TCI CVD FLAT 150W 24V is a constant voltage LED driver designed to power 24V DC LED strips and modules. Compact and reliable, TCI driver ref. 145112 is compatible with EU, USA, UK, Australian and Japanese mains, making it a versatile solution for professional lighting installations worldwide.

Thanks to its ultra-slim profile and compact dimensions of 180 x 58 x 20 mm, the CVD FLAT fits effortlessly into false ceilings, profiles and technical cavities, making it the ideal choice for high-performance LED power supply without bulk. The polycarbonate housing ensures long-lasting lightness and durability.

Key technical specifications

The driver delivers an output power of 150W with a maximum current of 6.25A at 24V DC. The input voltage is 220-240V AC, with an efficiency exceeding 89%. Opposing input and output terminals accept cables up to 2.5 mm² (AWG13), with cable clamps on both primary and secondary sides for cable diameters between 3 and 8 mm.

Safety and protections

The driver is rated Insulation Class II, providing protection against electric shock from both direct and indirect contact. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for indoor use only. Built-in protections cover thermal events, short circuits, overloads and mains overvoltages, with thermal protection classified as C.5.e.
