Kranen/Gille is a Dutch design studio founded by Jos Kranen and Johannes Gille, who met while studying at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. After separate experiences, they joined forces in 2006 creating a joint project. Their work is distinguished by a balance between nature and industry, with furniture and lamps characterized by marked contrasts, different materials and original forms. The duo's new collection, on display at London's Fumi Gallery through Dec. 23, combines elegance and extravagance in unique and sophisticated pieces.
