An architect, he trained between Florence and Venice, where he graduated in 1979. Since his youthful years he has combined his studies with a lively artistic activity, participating in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including the 1972 Biennale in the decorative arts section. Alongside his artistic research, he is constantly involved in architecture and industrial design. In 1981 he opened his own studio in Udine, tackling projects heterogeneous in scale and function, but united by a coherent and recognizable language. He has made numerous architectural interventions, many of them published and awarded. In the field of design he has collaborated with some of the most important companies in the sector, including Alias, Cappellini, Foscarini, Knoll International and Moroso.
