Stilnovo Bugia historic single wall lamp

Stilnovo Bugia historic single wall lamp is an icon of Italian design created by designer Antonio Macchi Cassia in the 1970s, inspired by traditional candle holders with handles — known in Italian as bugia. The glossy painted metal structure, available in white, black, red, green and yellow, supports an elegant circular satin glass diffuser with a diameter of 140 mm, designed to distribute light evenly throughout the surrounding space while eliminating glare. The single version, wall-mounted with a total height of 210 mm and a depth of 146 mm, is fitted with a 4.5 W LED light source with E27 socket, already included in the package.

Thanks to its pop-vintage aesthetic and vibrant colour palette, the Stilnovo Bugia integrates effortlessly into a variety of residential settings: it works beautifully in the living room as a decorative wall light, or in the bedroom as a bedside wall lamp with distinctive character. A colour temperature of 2700 K and a CRI80 colour rendering index deliver warm, welcoming light with a luminous flux of 470 lm. The lamp is not dimmable and is rated IP20, making it suitable for indoor use only. Its universal input voltage range of 100–240 V ensures compatibility with electrical systems in different countries. With this reissue, Stilnovo reaffirms its ability to celebrate the heritage of Italian design by transforming an everyday functional object into a furnishing element that brings personality and style to any interior.
