Qeeboo Kong XS Velvet

Qeeboo Kong XS Velvet is a designer table lamp created by Stefano Giovannoni for Qeeboo, crafted in velvet and available in six different colours. Inspired by the iconic cinematic character King Kong from 1933, this luminous sculpture reinterprets the famous Hollywood gorilla with irony and elegance, transforming it into a positive, original and functional decorative object. Its dimensions — total height 56 cm, width 35 cm, depth 58 cm — place it out of scale compared to a toy, a traditional lamp, and even a real gorilla, situating it in a unique category of its own, at the crossroads of art, design and decoration.

The beam of light is generated by the torch held in the gorilla's hand, mounted on an adjustable arm that allows the direction of illumination to be changed effortlessly, adapting it to different needs. Thanks to its aesthetic versatility and its soft velvet finish, Kong XS Velvet is ideal for enhancing a living room or a bedroom with a striking, unmistakable presence. The lamp features a GU5.3 lampholder compatible with LED sources at 12V DC, with an integrated driver accepting input voltages from 100 to 240V, making it compatible with the main international electrical standards (EU, AUD, USA, UK, JAP). The IP20 protection rating and insulation class II confirm its suitability for indoor use. The power cord measures 300 cm in length. The bulb is not included.
