Qeeboo Kong XS

Kong XS by Qeeboo, designed by Stefano Giovannoni, is a table and floor lamp that reinterprets the iconic cinematic gorilla in a sculptural and playfully ironic way. Crafted from polyethylene, this remarkable luminous sculpture presents itself as a decorative object with an unmistakable character: too large to be a toy, too out of scale to be a simple lamp, yet perfectly at home in both roles. The light source is positioned in the torch held by the gorilla, mounted on an adjustable arm that allows the beam of light to be directed freely in any direction.

Drawing inspiration from the legendary King Kong of 1933, Giovannoni transforms a Hollywood icon into a positive, elegant and functional piece, ready to bring personality to the living room or the bedroom. Kong XS is the most compact version of the Kong family, with a total height of 56 cm, a width of 35 cm and a depth of 58 cm. The lamp features a GU5.3 lampholder powered at 12V DC, compatible with input voltages from 100–240 V for universal use across Europe, Australia, the USA, the UK and Japan. The bulb is not included. The transparent 190 cm power cord, IP20 protection rating and insulation class II confirm its suitability for indoor use. Available in a wide range of vibrant colours, Kong XS is a collectible piece capable of turning any corner into a bold visual statement.
