Penta Mom blown glass suspension lamp

Penta Mom is a suspension lamp designed by Umberto Asnago for Penta Light in 2016. Its diffuser in opaque blown borosilicate glass draws inspiration from the Venetian glassmaking tradition and the classic Murano vases: once the inner light source is switched on, the glass glows with refined softness, beautifully enhancing shapes and colours. The lamp is available in five variants: FATTY (Ø 17x26 cm, E14 socket, max 5W), LITTLE (Ø 20x19 cm, E14 socket, max 5W), SLIM (Ø 14x31 cm, E27 socket, max 10W), LOW (Ø 38x23 cm, E27 socket, max 10W) and TALL (Ø 20x40 cm, E27 socket, max 10W), each offering diffused light emission and powered at 220-240 V. The available finishes — Powder Pink, Mustard, Sage Green, Aviation Blue, Sand, Black and White, all opaque — allow sophisticated colour combinations and striking scenic compositions.

Mom blends naturally into residential and hospitality settings, making it an ideal choice for the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen, as well as for open spaces, dining areas and hotel or commercial environments. When chosen as a group, individual lamps lend themselves to highly distinctive lighting compositions; circular or linear plates for configurations with more than three connections are available on request. The included suspension cable measures 2 m, with a 4 m version available upon request. The IP20 protection rating restricts use to indoor environments. The LED bulb is not included, nor is the Type A ceiling rose, both to be purchased separately.
