The Pallucco Egg table lamp in blown glass is a design lighting object created by Enrico Franzolini for Pallucco, reviving the ancient artisan technique of caged glass blowing to produce an organic and sculptural form reminiscent of a cocoon at rest. The blown glass features slight irregularities in shape and tiny air bubbles that make each piece one of a kind, while the exposed black metal cage structure adds a bold graphic quality that gives the lamp a strong visual identity even when switched off.
