Osram Quicktronick QTIS Instant Start 3x18, 4x18 Electronic Ballast

The Osram Quicktronick QTIS Instant Start QTISE3-4X18 is an electronic ballast designed to drive 3x18W and 4x18W fluorescent lamps with immediate start-up.
