Oluce Switch 206 Table Lamp Metal Structure

Oluce Switch 206 is a metal table lamp with a powerfully distinctive personality, born from a reinterpretation of the classic lampshade in sheet metal where form and function merge in an inseparable dialogue. The metal shade, stiffened and enhanced by refined finishes in glossy black and antique gold, becomes the centrepiece of the design: the lamp is switched on and off by rotating the lampshade itself, elevating an everyday gesture into an aesthetic experience. Switch consciously references a historic piece from the Oluce collection — the model 282 designed by Paolo Caliari in the 1960s — reinterpreting it with a contemporary sensibility.

With its dual direct and indirect light emission, the Switch 206 modulates the atmosphere of a room with remarkable elegance, making it equally suited to the living room or the bedroom. The metal structure houses two light sources with E26/E27 lampholder, compatible with LED or halogen bulbs up to a total of 200 W, with a bulb already included. The power supply is universal, with an input voltage of 100–240 V suitable for use across Europe, USA, Australia, UK and Japan. The dimensions — a total height of 550 mm, base diameter of 300 mm and upper diameter of 400 mm — create a striking visual presence without being cumbersome. A protection rating of IP20 and insulation class I ensure safety and reliability for domestic use.
