Oluce Niwa led Suspension Lamp with Diffused Light

Oluce Niwa is a LED suspension lamp with diffused light designed by Christophe Pillet in 2017, inspired by vintage nautical lanterns and reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility through clean lines and refined finishes. The beige-grey painted aluminium structure cradles a transparent blown-glass diffuser that envelops the light source and produces a soft, enveloping glow. The satin brass detailing evokes subtle art décò references, balanced by the modernity of the design and the efficiency of an E27 LED source of max 15 W — bulb not included.

Niwa is available in two distinct versions suited to different environments. The indoor version features a black canopy and a 280 cm cable, making it an ideal choice for spaces such as the living room or the kitchen. The outdoor version, with a 1000 cm cable and IP44 protection rating, reveals the nomadic character of Niwa: the lamp can be hung from a tree branch, placed on the ground or arranged freely on a terrace, making it an exceptionally versatile and original lighting solution for outdoor settings. The total lamp height is 300 mm, with insulation class I and voltage compatibility for EU, AUS, USA, UK and Japan.
