Oluce Coupé led arc wall lamp with dome

Oluce Coupé 1159/R is an arc wall lamp with a semi-spherical dome, designed by Joe Colombo for Oluce. Crafted in chromed metal and aluminum, it features a simple yet ingenious mechanism connecting the stem to the head, allowing the light beam to be directed upward, downward and sideways. The semi-spherical dome delivers both direct and reflected light, adapting naturally to a variety of lighting needs. Designed in 1967, the Coupé series was awarded the International Design Award by the American Institute of Interior Designers in Chicago in 1968, and is part of the permanent collections of the MoMA in New York and the Neue Sammlung Museum in Munich.

With its generous proportions — 143 cm total height and 154 cm width — the Coupé 1159/R asserts itself as a sculptural design statement, perfectly suited to enhance a living room or any representative space where design takes centre stage. Compatible with LED or halogen light sources with an E26/E27 base up to 100 W (bulb not included), it supports voltages from 100 to 240 V, making it suitable for worldwide use.
