Oluce Atollo 233 big black nickel table lamp

Oluce Atollo 233 is the large version of the iconic table lamp designed in 1977 by Vico Magistretti, winner of the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 and part of the permanent collections of the world's leading design museums. Its geometric architecture — cylinder, cone and hemisphere — redefined the very concept of the lampshade, turning it into an object that is at once sculptural and deeply functional. In this variant, the structure is crafted in aluminium with a satin black nickel finish, delivering a refined, contemporary result that enhances the timeless purity of the original forms.

With a diameter of 500 mm and a total height of 700 mm, Atollo 233 is designed for spaces of strong visual impact: it fits elegantly into a living room, enhances a design desk in an office, or takes centre stage on a statement table. The hemispherical shade directs light downwards in direct emission, creating focused illumination and a pleasing accent on the surface below. The lamp features two E26/E27 LED light sources at 50 W, bulbs included, and is fully dimmable via integrated driver and universal dimmer, allowing precise control of light intensity. Compatibility with voltages from 100–240 V makes it suitable for installations worldwide, including EU, USA, UK, Australia and Japan. Insulation Class II and a protection rating of IP20 confirm its suitability for indoor use. The cable and switch are finished in black, in perfect harmony with the satin black nickel finish of the structure.
