Oluce 1953 Gold and Black Table Lamp

Oluce 1953 is a table lamp conceived as a tribute to the masters of Italian lighting design: a reissue of the historic 1950s lamp created by designers Ostuni and Forti, whose name precisely recalls the year of its first creation. Crafted entirely in metal with a matt black and satin gold finish, the lamp elegantly reinterprets the chromatic contrasts of the era: the stem and the inner part of the shade are finished in satin gold, while the outer shade, the base and the handle are rendered in matt black. The cylindrical lampshade — an iconic element of that decade — is deliberately shifted from the centre to the side of the structure, redefining the object's formal paradigm entirely.
