Nemo Lorosae suspension lamp

Lorosae by Nemo is a glass suspension lamp designed by Álvaro Siza in 1999 for Nemo Lighting. The translucent glass diffuser, available in five colours — white, blue, yellow, orange and green — produces a fascinating and ever-changing interplay of light, while the white inner surface preserves the natural colour of the light, delivering a warm and enveloping luminous quality. Light emission is both diffused and direct, with an E26-E27 lampholder compatible with dimmable sources for tailored intensity control. The included canopy features an upper diameter of 110 mm, while the power cord extends to 2500 mm, ensuring ample installation flexibility. The lamp is compatible with voltages from 100 to 240 V (EU, AUS, USA, UK, JAP) and carries an IP20 protection rating, making it suitable for indoor use only.

Lorosae is available in three sizes: the Ø20 model features a diffuser 190 mm tall, 200 mm in diameter and weighing 1 kg; the Ø30 model offers a 290 mm-tall diffuser, 300 mm in diameter and a net weight of 2 kg; the Ø40 model, the most striking of the three, reaches 390 mm in height, 400 mm in diameter and a net weight of 3.5 kg.
