Cauliflower by Memphis, designed by Nathalie Du Pasquier, is a fruit bowl that embodies the irony and playful aesthetics of the Memphis movement. The name, which recalls a vegetable, deliberately contrasts with the object's function, revealing the designer's typical taste for paradox.

Made of turned ceramic, the fruit bowl is embellished with a unique decorative motif: pink spots with black outlines stand out against a bright yellow background, creating an energetic and eye-catching visual effect. The decorative decals are fixed by oven-sublimation, guaranteeing a durable and brilliant look. The design plays on the alternation of simple shapes and elaborate decorations, transforming a functional object into a piece of art.
