Martinelli Luce SUJU Adjustable Suspension to Ceiling LED Lamp

Martinelli Luce SUJU is an adjustable LED suspension ceiling lamp designed by Michael Geldmacher for Martinelli Luce in 2017. The concept centres on a single red rope that simultaneously serves as the structural suspension element and the electrical supply cable, making the cord itself a defining aesthetic feature of the design. The cylindrical diffuser is crafted in white opal methacrylate, while the red rope traces a vivid line through the space. Height adjustment is achieved effortlessly by rolling or unrolling the cable around the lamp body, requiring no tools. The integrated 8 W LED source delivers a luminous flux of 720 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white), with a colour rendering index CRI greater than 90, ensuring natural, high-quality light. Power is supplied via an included cable with plug, compatible with input voltages from 100 to 240 V for worldwide use. The LED bulb is included; the lamp is not dimmable and carries an IP20 protection rating for indoor environments.
