Martinelli Luce Cobra Table Lamp full Black

T he Cobra is one of the first lighting fixtures in resin, produced with a particular molding system. Its shape can be inscribed inside a sphere, the simple but at the same time perfect and non-replicable geometric shape, from which Cobra was born. However, the lamp can change its position through the independent rotations of the base and the reflector; the result is an unexpected movement effect that can change the size of the lamp with a simple gesture. A rotation is enough to make it change its appearance into a vibrant "S", a sinusoidal configuration that seems to crystallize the leap of a cobra ready to attack.

Table lamp with direct light emission, formed by two bodies molded in black resin. The lower body rotates on the underlying steel base and is connected to the upper body via a central joint which allows for 360° rotation. Internal reflector in white painted aluminium.
