Luceplan Koinè 55 is a suspension lamp with a minimalist and elegant design, created by Mandalaki Studio for Luceplan. The name Koinè evokes the concept of a shared language: a collection defined by its pure form, capable of complementing a wide range of interior design settings. This 55 cm diameter model stands out for its black aluminium structure and a diffuser crafted with a specially designed mineral lens that produces a homogeneous and well-defined light beam. The 19 W integrated LED operates at a colour temperature of 3000 K with a CRI 90 colour rendering index, delivering vivid colours and a high-quality luminous atmosphere. The lamp is dimmable via trailing/leading edge phase cut (IGBT-TRIAC), compatible with 100–240 V systems, with driver and matching canopy included. Light emission is direct, with an IP20 protection rating for indoor use.

The Koinè 55 in black integrates effortlessly into both residential and professional spaces where aesthetic detail matters. It is particularly well-suited for illuminating dining tables, work surfaces and living areas, thanks to its ability to deliver warm, uniform downward light. In the living room it asserts itself as a standalone design statement, while in the kitchen it precisely defines the functional or convivial zone. The diffuser measures Ø 550 × 100 mm, with cables adjustable up to a maximum of 5000 mm to suit ceilings of varying heights. Canopy and driver are included in the package for a complete and refined installation.
