Luceplan Koinè 55 is a suspension lamp with a minimalist and elegant design, conceived by Mandalaki Studio for Luceplan. The name Koinè, from Greek meaning "shared language", reflects the universal ambition of this collection: a family of luminaires defined by an exceptionally pure form, capable of blending seamlessly into a wide range of interior settings. This 55 cm diameter model is finished in black, featuring an aluminium body and a diffuser equipped with a specially designed mineral lens that produces a homogeneous, well-defined beam of light. The canopy and driver are included; the cables can extend up to 5000 mm, allowing great flexibility during installation.

The Koinè 55 black is designed for residential and contract environments requiring high-quality direct lighting, with exceptional colour fidelity thanks to a CRI 90 index. The 19 W integrated LED source delivers warm white light at 2700 K, ideal for creating welcoming atmospheres and enhancing materials and surfaces. The lamp is dimmable via trailing edge/leading edge (IGBT-TRIAC), compatible with 100-240 V systems, and carries an IP20 protection rating for indoor use only. With its slender silhouette and generous diameter, it is perfectly suited to the living room or kitchen, where lighting becomes a decorative element in its own right. The diffuser measures Ø 550×100 mm, with a compact profile that further accentuates its formal purity.
