Louis Poulsen PH 2/2 Question Mark Limited Edition 2021 is an adjustable table lamp designed by Poul Henningsen, one of the great masters of Scandinavian design. Originally conceived in 1931 and based on the renowned three-shade system developed in 1926, this limited edition reinterprets the classic in untreated brushed brass and mouth-blown opal glass, combining direct downward light without glare with a pleasant upward diffusion. The name Question Mark derives from the expressive curvature of the stem, which unmistakably recalls the shape of a question mark.

The brass structure has been intentionally left untreated, just as in the original 1931 lamp, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time that enhances its authentic, handcrafted character. A refined detail is the central handle positioned at the curve of the stem, which allows the upper part of the lamp to be tilted 45° to the right or left, offering great flexibility in directing the light. The monogram PH is discreetly engraved on the stem as a silent tribute to its creator. An on/off switch is integrated into the stem near the base, while a 2.8-metre brown fabric cord completes the refined, coherent aesthetic of the design. The E26-E27 lampholder is compatible with LED or halogen sources up to 25W, with a universal input voltage of 100-240V. The IP20 rating confirms its suitability for indoor use.
