Louis Poulsen NJP Wall Box Long Arm is a wall lamp designed by Japanese design studio Nendo and designer Oki Sato, conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic architect's lamp. Crafted in aluminium — with arms, lamp head and wall box in the same material and joints in anodized aluminium — this wall light stands out for its precise, refined aesthetic, available in white, black or light grey powder-coated finishes.

The NJP Wall Box Long Arm is designed for environments that demand precision lighting and maximum flexibility of orientation. The luminaire provides direct, glare-free horizontal light while reflecting part of the light via the back of the head, illuminating the upper portion of the arm. The inside of the shade is painted white to optimise light output.

The articulated mechanical system ensures great freedom of movement, allowing the light to always be directed to the ideal position. The lamp integrates a 10 W LED source with driver built into the wall box, and is dimmable from 15 to 100% via the switch located in the lamp head. It also features a programmable timer function for automatic switch-off after 4 or 8 hours, and a function to maintain a constant lighting level every time the lamp is reconnected to the mains. Compatibility with 100–240 V input voltage and the included interchangeable plugs (EU, UK, USA, AUS) make it suitable for international use. The IP20 protection rating and insulation class II confirm its intended use in indoor environments.

The NJP Wall Box Long Arm is available in two versions: with an exposed black or white plastic cable measuring 2.3 metres in length, or without a visible cable via a wall bracket for a cleaner, more integrated installation. The total arm length of 530 + 450 mm offers generous reach and outstanding versatility in positioning.
