Louis Poulsen Keglen Floor Indoor Cone led Lamp

Keglen Floor by Louis Poulsen is an indoor LED floor lamp with a bold geometric design, born from the collaboration between the Danish brand and BIG Ideas — the creative team led by Jacob Lange — in 2017. The project set out to create a simple yet distinctive lamp defined by a clean, linear geometry that integrates effortlessly into any interior. The structure features a truncated cone shade in drawn aluminium, an injection-moulded polycarbonate diffuser, a die-cast aluminium base and a drawn aluminium stem: every component has been designed to be graphically minimal and formally consistent with the cone shape that defines the entire lamp.

The Keglen Floor is conceived for residential spaces that demand elegance and refined light quality alongside a strong decorative presence. It is an ideal choice for the living room or the bedroom, where soft, atmospheric light creates the perfect mood. The built-in curved diffuser inside the shade delivers a glare-free, downward-directed light, while a discreet and uniform aperture at the top of the shade emits a subtle glow that enhances the sense of space. In the floor version, the glass insert characteristic of the Keglen series meets the stem and flows organically around it — much like a drop of liquid enveloping a surface. The switch integrated into the base ensures ease of use without compromising the lamp's formal clarity.

The lamp features an 8.5 W LED light source with universal voltage compatibility (100–240 V, EU, USA, UK, AUS, JAP) and comes complete with a bulb. The plastic cord measures 2,300 mm in length, offering flexibility in placement. The lamp stands 1,380 mm tall, with a base diameter of 300 mm and an upper diameter of 400 mm, weighing 7 kg in total. The protection degree is IP20 and the insulation class is Class II. Available in white and black, each finish is paired with two different light emissions: the 3000K version delivers 573 lm in white and 509 lm in black, while the tunable white D2W version (2700–2000K) provides 481 lm in white and 541 lm in black respectively, allowing the colour temperature of the environment to be adjusted to suit the occasion.
