Lodes Random Cloud 23 suspension lamp

Lodes Random Cloud 23 suspension lamp is a pendant lamp designed by Chia-Ying Lee for LODES, an evolution of the iconic Random Solo that extends the concept into a modular cluster of spherical glass elements. Twenty-three luminous spheres are arranged around a central canopy — included in the package — and connected by cables cut to variable lengths, forming a generous cloud of light with a free, sculptural geometry. The integrated 115 W LED source is housed in a silicone mount at the top of each diffuser, ensuring even and enveloping illumination throughout the entire sphere with diffused light emission.

Random Cloud 23 is available in two spherical diffuser sizes — 23 cm diameter or 28 cm diameter — in a range of colour finishes, making it adaptable to a wide variety of architectural and stylistic contexts. In the Ø23 cm version, the composition reaches a total width of 141 × 115 cm with an adjustable suspension height from 100 to 400 cm and a Ø36 × 4 cm canopy; in the Ø28 cm version, the total width extends to 172 × 139 cm, with the same height adjustment range. The LED module is available in colour temperatures of 2700 K (luminous flux 10,350 lm) and 3000 K (11,040 lm), with a CRI 90 colour rendering index for faithful colour reproduction. The MacAdam 3-Step dimmable function allows flicker-free light intensity adjustment. A universal input voltage of 100–240 V and a protection rating of IP20 make it suitable for indoor use.
