Kdln Sling led modular suspension system

Kdln Sling LED modular suspension system — single light source — is the individual element of the Sling modular pendant system by Kundalini, designed by Chris Basias in 2023. Crafted in aluminium, each unit is a compact diffuser — Ø 60×65 mm — equipped with an integrated 5W LED at a colour temperature of 3000K warm white and a luminous output of 520 lm. The system is based on a single unipolar cable that transfers electric current to each source, allowing the height of every diffuser to be freely adjusted to create ever-changing light installations with spectacular geometric compositions.

This product is the single light source without driver: to build a complete modular suspension system, it must be paired with the dedicated driver (available in the installation accessories), which supports configurations of 2 to 9 lamps. The source is dimmable via 1-10V or Push protocol, with a universal voltage of 100-240V and a protection rating of IP20. Each lamp comes with a 4-metre cable, while the driver kit includes a 10-metre cable. Thanks to its compositional flexibility, the Sling system is perfectly suited to office environments, retail spaces, professional studios and residential settings such as the living room, where light becomes a true architectural and scenographic element.
