Kdln Kushi suspension lamp

Kushi by Kundalini is a suspension lamp designed by Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella, taking its name from the traditional Japanese skewer. Its aesthetic identity is born from the contrast between the strength of metal and the softness of mouth-blown opaline glass, shaped into an almost apple-like sphere seemingly pierced by the metal structure itself. The result is a design object that conveys a sense of balance and visual purity.

Kushi is available in two sizes and three finishes — black, brass and copper — lending itself with effortless elegance to both residential and high-end contract settings. It is a refined choice for the living room as well as the bedroom, where its diffused and adjustable light creates warm, enveloping atmospheres. The Small version accommodates a LED source of up to 25W with a G9 lampholder and measures Ø 160×260 mm, while the Large version supports LED up to 30W with an E27 lampholder and reaches Ø 560×330 mm. Both versions are dimmable from 0 to 100%, with a protection rating of IP20 and a universal input voltage of 100-240V, compatible with EU, USA, UK, Australian and Japanese standards. The canopy is included, as is the transparent power cable of 1800 mm. The bulb is not included.
