Kdln Kooi led suspension lamp

Kooi by Kundalini, designed by Studio Shuu in 2023, is a LED suspension lamp inspired by Chinese Shan Shui painting, translating its philosophy into a luminous object of remarkable expressive power. The metal structure interacts with the glass diffuser, creating a visual contrast between solidity and lightness, between light and shadow, in a play of effects that shifts with the changing intensity of the light. The ceiling rose is included.

Kooi is designed for indoor environments that embrace contrasts and seek lighting that doubles as a design statement. Its diffused light emission wraps the space naturally, making it ideal for the living room or the bedroom, where light quality contributes to the overall atmosphere. The light source is a 26 W integrated LED with a colour temperature of 2700 K warm white and a luminous flux of 2179 lm, with a colour rendering index greater than 90 ensuring faithful and natural colour reproduction. The lamp is Phase Cut dimmable and operates at a universal voltage of 100–240 V, compatible with any domestic installation. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable exclusively for indoor use.
