Kartell coffee and side table Corteza

Kartell Corteza is a collection of coffee and side tables designed by Patricia Urquiola for Kartell, made entirely from recycled polyethylene. The machined surface features delicate striations inspired by natural bark, giving each piece a texture that feels almost organic, as though carved directly from nature. The result is a distinctively characterful object that brings together formal innovation and ecological sensibility within a single, cohesive design.

Versatile and suited to both indoor and outdoor use, the Corteza table integrates effortlessly into the living room as well as on terraces and outdoor settings. The collection is available in two size variants: the Small version, 48 cm tall with a 38×36 cm top and a weight of 3.5 kg, and the Large version, 36 cm tall with a 70×64 cm top and a weight of 6.3 kg. Both versions are offered in a range of nature-inspired colours, reinforcing Corteza's ability to create serene and welcoming atmospheres in any living space.
