Ingo Maurer Pic-A-Stic suspension lamp

Pic-a-stic by Ingo Maurer is a suspension lamp designed by Andreas Walther for the German brand, a signature piece from the maison's most playful and ironic collection. Inspired by the moment when Mikado sticks fall to the ground, the lamp is composed of 50 lacquered wooden rods held by silicone rings around a glass lamp body, and can be freely arranged in numerous configurations. Available in two color versions — white and black rods with red details, or a multicolored blue, red and orange set — it invites the owner to become a co-designer, exploring up to 14 different assembly variations.

Depending on the chosen arrangement, the lighting effect shifts, casting ever-changing plays of light and shadow on the surface below and the ceiling above. With a universal power supply of 100–240 V, a GU10 socket for an LED source (not included, max 12 W) and a 450 cm adjustable cable, Pic-a-stic adapts naturally to a wide range of settings. Its dimensions — width between 45 and 50 cm, height between 36 and 55 cm depending on the assembly — make it ideal above a dining table in the living room, as well as in bars, restaurants or convivial public spaces, used individually or in groups suspended at varying heights.
