Helvar 920 DALI2 dual network router with Ethernet connection

Helvar's Designer software allows advanced programming of the router. The system provides energy saving functions through presence control and constant light regulation. Further automation can be obtained with event programming. The OPC server software allows interfacing with Building Management systems (BMS). A PC can optionally be connected to the system for diagnostic and monitoring purposes if required, but all settings are stored within the system itself, so it is not mandatory to have a PC continuously connected. Not requiring a centralized controller, the system does not risk a total shutdown if this fails.

Installation notes

• Only for installation in technical rooms
• Before installation, isolate the circuit
• The external power supply must be protected - protect with external circuit breaker (MCB) max: 6 A
• All DALI and power wiring must be mains isolated
• Do not connect S-DIM and DMX devices to the same line
• The unit must be installed horizontally to allow heat dissipation
• Any indoor installation must allow adequate cooling ventilation
