Mano, historic table lamp for indoor use, dimmable. Base and hand in marble powder and resin. Metal stem and black fabric diffuser with white internal PVC. Black power cord, dimmer and European two-pin plug. E27 bulb NOT included.
Mano is the almost century-old historic lamp by Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte. In fact, it was 1932 when the artist created Mano, an ironic lamp par excellence in the full curious style of Chiesa. The almost fluid-shaped base is made of marble powder and soft-touch varnished resin, as is the square-section metal stem. The conical lampshade is covered in fabric coupled internally with white PVC. The stem and the entire lamp itself seem to be supported by the handcrafted white hand-shaped sculpture that stands out from the base, covering half the space of the rod. Mano is humorous, witty, but also elegant: perfect on living room furniture, desks and bookcases, coffee tables and large shelves. Its light emission is diffused, suitable for creating a relaxing, enveloping atmosphere. In addition, the light intensity can be dimmed as desired via dimmer (E27 dimmable bulb not included). Mano's classicism and playful spirit will always outline a timeless Italian design.
